Pledgestar Registration Information
For our Aloha Fun Run this year, we are using a web-based fundraising system called Pledgestar. This system makes it very easy for your child to request pledges from family and friends and for them to make secure credit card donations online.
There are three easy ways to register your child:
Simply Scan the QR Code to Register and get started
Using your computer's browser:
Go to http://pledgestar.com/marblehead
Click “Not Registered For This Year’s Event”
Enter your name and email address, then click “Submit”
Follow the instructions on-screen to register Runner(s) and add family and friends
Please note, if you registered with Pledgestar for last years Fun Run, you can reregister with that same email address for this year’s event. Once reregistered, you can add the children participating this year, and then you will have the option to “Import Friends and Family from Previous Event” so you do not need to reenter everyone’s contact information.
Using your Android or Apple phone or tablet:
Go to App Store and search for "PledgeStar" to download the Family App
On the home screen, enter your event code: “Marblehead” to locate your event
Click “Not Registered For This Year’s Event.”
Enter your name and email address, then click “Submit”
Follow the instructions on-screen to register Runner(s) and add family and friends.
When you finish, the system emails/texts pledge requests to your family and friends and allows them to make secure credit card donations online.
Checks and cash are also accepted (use the “check” option for cash pledges; take them to the office marked with your child’s name and reference number).
Donors will automatically receive a receipt for their tax-deductible donation. You get notified each time a pledge is made, and you can track your pledge progress online.
